I believe that teaching begins with pre-understanding- what the teachers knows. I believe that teachers should teach in the way their students learns best. I believe that all children should be taught in a fashion addresses their individual learning styles and passions as frequently as there is opportunity.I believe that learning is a primarily social experience. It is when children engage with others they learn best. I believe that if we facilitate collaborative environments for our students, they will develop skills in teamwork and sharing.I also believe that all children can learn. I see myself as a collaborative, helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable teacher.

My Vision

I envision myself as a teacher who never gives up on a child. I also envision myself as a teacher who will help my students bloom into a unique individual, reach their potential and lead them down the right road. Additionally, I envision myself as a teacher who will spark the minds of my students and with a fun and exciting learning environment. I envision myself as a teacher who will treat each student equally and with respect. I envision my students as respectful, well-educated and willingly children who wants to learn. I also envision my students as well organized and unique children.

My Mission

My mission as a teacher is to provide every student with a safe learning environment. Also, my mission as a teacher is to make my students comfortable in the environment and assist them in all assignments that are not understandable. My mission as a teacher is to collaborate with my colleagues and maintain a good relationship with them. Also, to assist them in any work they are challenging in.
