Why Teach?
We teach first and foremost because we believe children are our most important assets.
This point most appeals to me because children are our future. They are the ones that we are going impart our knowledge to become great leaders of our great nation.
Teachers are typically creative, hopefully, patient, and collaborative people.

We teach because teaching represents the kind of persons we strive to be.

Children represent our future and the quality of their education determines the character of our community and society.
This point most appeals to me because this point is true. If children qualities of education are not to the academic standard then the character of our community and society wouldn’t be positive.
Teaching involves lifelong learning.

We teach because every child is a gift that we get a chance to influence and guide.

The trick is to manage it so that students can perform at their best.
This point most appeals to me because if you don’t manage teaching your students wouldn’t perform at their best. If you’re not knowledgeable about your subject, what makes it think that your students will perform their best?
Teaching encompasses many of our most important values.

Teachers are natural learners who want to know about the ever-changing best practices in the classroom.

Every Kid Needs Champion
Dear Mr. Benson,
I am writing to you to describe five points that teachers should think about.
“You know kids don’t learn from people they don’t like.”
If a teacher is teaching and has a child in their class that doesn’t like them , it is a ninety-nine percent chance that that child will not learn.
“Tell a child you’re sorry.”
If a teacher teach a topic but the information was incorrect, the teacher should tell the students that they're sorry that they taught the incorrect information to them. Do not tell them that they should find out from someone else because you don’t have any time for that.
“Seeking first to understand was supposed being understood.”
Sometimes children are hurt emotional, so it’s best to seek how they are doing. Do not talk the student harsh if you don’t find out there emotional status.
“Teachers are born to make a difference.”
Teachers cannot make a difference if they haven’t imparted their knowledge to a learner and if the learner did not learn anything.
“His mom left a legacy.”
This point here is so important that a teacher can be called a hero if they complete this. Teachers supposed to try their best to leave a legacy to the students and world. In order to do that they should always be the best or strive to be the best.
Mr. Benson, teachers should think about these five important points because these can make them become a more effective teacher. Children will learn from teachers if they like that teacher. If teachers tell a child sorry for their misunderstanding they will always respect them. Seeking their emotional status will tell teachers if they are into learning. You as a teacher were supposed to be making a difference by influencing their young minds to become something special in life. Lastly, the only way teachers can leave a legacy behind, is if they do positive things and follow those five points.
Yours Sincerely,
Phileshia Roberts
